..so jom kite buat check list..
1- get enough sleep.. (tak cukupppp!!!24hours a day still not enough 4 me...how?erkkk)
2- get up 15minutes early...(hahaha tatao nk buat cane..jam da set cepat 15minit..tp mindset da tao...jam tu cepat 15minit...lagila lambat bangunnye..duh!~)
3- prepare for the morning the night before...(ha!yg ni...95% bjaya!) :)
4- say "no" more often... (No!No!No!)
5- avoid negative people...(da avoid da!shuuhh3)
6- use your time wisely...
7- view problems as challenges...(pffft~)
8- smile... (selalu buat!)
9- be prepared for rain... (payung sentiasa ada!ngeee)
10- laugh at something... (haahahhahahahaha >.<)
11- pet a dog or cat... (sy ade hamster...n keluarga hamster tu makin besar...makin stress pulak...cane?)
12- say something nice to someone... (hee awak...sy suke tgk awk senyum....CANTIK!)
13- teach a kid to fly a kite... (tp sy sendiri tak reti..huhu)
14- walk in the rain... (i love it!!..tp ujan dgn kilat2 yg dasyat...tapela tak jalan dlm ujan pon...fuh~)
15- dan banyak lagi........ (-_-!)
okayla....setakat ni cara paling bkesan nk ilangkan stress...
pekena tutti frutti dulu!~~ hehe
ermmm mase duk mentari court dulu...tadela addicted dgn tutti frutti...(pelik!)
